Palate

A juicy burst of kiwifruit greets the palate, offering natural sweetness and a smooth, slightly tart edge. The tamarillo brings a deep, berry-like richness with a touch of acidity, balancing the gin’s vibrant fruit character. Earthy juniper and gentle spice notes round out the profile, adding depth and complexity.

Read Recipe

In a glass, add one diced kiwifruit, 1 tsp of brown sugar, and a lime wedge. Muddle until combined and the sugar dissolves.

Fill the glass with ice, then add:

  • 45ml Good George Taurus
  • Kiwifruit and Tamarillo Gin

Top with tonic or soda. If you like it sweeter then go with lemonade.

Garnish with fresh mint or left over kiwifruit.
