You earn one point for every $1 you spend made on our website or at Good George Dining Hall in Frankton, Hamilton. Points will appear in your account after your order is complete and payment has been confirmed.

You'll also earn 100 points immediately upon signing up, because we want to help you get closer to redeeming your first George Reward!

The answer is yes, absolutely! Points cannot be collected unless you are logged into your George Rewards account before checking out your online order. Likewise, you cannot redeem a reward unless signed in.

Buying or redeeming from us in-person? Don't forget to show us your member card, or ask the team member at the register to look you up on the system using your mobile number or email address.

To redeem online:

1. Choose the reward you want to redeem and add the product to your cart (e.g. if you want to redeem a Good George Cap for 1500 points, you'll need to look up this product on our website and add it to your cart).
2. Head to the checkout and select the 'Redeem reward' button that matches the reward in your cart.
3. Follow the prompts to finalise your order and that's it! Reward successfully redeemed.
   
   To redeem in-store

1. Visit Good George Dining Hall in Frankton, Hamilton and present your member card to the team member at the register (or we'll look you up in the system).
2. We'll tell you what rewards you have available and you can choose which one to redeem on the spot.
