Read Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Good George Zodiac Pisces Limoncello Gin
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 60ml prosecco
  • 30ml soda or tonic water
  • Optional: 10ml sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon wheel and a garnish

Instructions:

Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes.

Add the Limoncello Gin and fresh lemon juice.

If you'd like a sweeter cocktail, stir in the sugar syrup.

Top with prosecco and soda or tonic water, gently stirring to combine.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and a garnish for a zesty and refreshing finish.
