Ingredients for Base:
700ml bottle Good George Espresso Martini
4.5 teaspoon gelatine
Method for base:
Gently heat 200ml of espresso martini then add gelatine and mix briskly with a fork until dissolved. Add remainder of espresso martini, and stir to combine. Pour into shot glasses, filling to about 2/3 of each glass. Set in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Ingredients for topping:
200ml Baileys
2 teaspoons gelatine
Method for topping:
Gently heat 100ml of Baileys then add gelatine and mix briskly with a fork until dissolved. Add reminder of Baileys, and stir to combine. Top set jellies with mixture so they look like espresso martinis. Return to fridge for 2 hours. Garnish with grated chocolate or a dusting of cocoa if you like - and enjoy with a spoon!
