Last week we entered the coveted industry competition that is the Smiths NZ IPA Challenge. Dubbed the worlds largest all NZ hopped IPA competition, judging and drinking took place from June 24-26 in Queenstown. Our one-off competition brew, Chance Of Haze NZIPA, went up against 35 other breweries to take out the award for New Zealand's best NZ hopped IPA. 

Just when we thought things couldn't get any better, we were also awarded the Hop Breeder's Choice Award for the best representation of NZ hops in a beer. Sponsored by NZ Hops, this award is another incredible achievement for our Brewers, Brian and Paul and a great trophy to add to the pool room. 

We're so stoked with the win that we cracked on with brewing another batch of this award winning beer.
