Ingredients

  • 60 ml Happy Ending Smooth Caramel Whisky Liqueur
  • Large clear ice cubes (or one big ice sphere)
  • Optional: orange twist or a pinch of smoked sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill the Glass: Pop your favourite lowball glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Add Ice: Drop in a large ice cube or sphere , because this drink deserves to melt slow.
  3. Pour It Smooth: Measure out 60 ml of Happy Ending and pour it gently over the ice...maybe a tad more for more pleasure.
  4. Garnish (Optional): Add a twist of orange peel for a citrusy edge, or a tiny pinch of sea salt to amplify the caramel notes.
  5. Sip & Smile: Take a moment. Let the caramel warmth roll in.

  2. Pour the Pleasure: Add the Happy Ending liqueur and Espresso Martini cocktail

  • 60ml Happy Ending Smooth Caramel Whisky Liqueur
  • 250ml Good George Extra Dry Apple Cider
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3-4 whole cloves
  • 1 orange (sliced into rounds)
  • 1-2 star anise (optional, for a liquorice note)
  • 2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
  • A dash of nutmeg
  • Lemon slice or zest for garnish

Instructions:

Prepare the Base: In a medium saucepan, combine the water, cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange slices, and star anise. Heat gently on medium heat until simmering.

Infuse the Spices: Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the spices to infuse.

Add the Goodness: Pour in the Good George Extra Dry Apple Cider and Happy Ending Smooth Caramel Whisky Liqueur. Stir well.

Sweeten It Up:

OK.... this smells and tastes delicious. It would be easy for most to just sit down and scoff the bottle in one sitting. However, I'm a bit different. I'm NOT a huge fan of sweet things.... so I've managed to limit myself to one per sitting. For me this is GREAT.
