Ingredients:

  • 50ml 'Living Every Moment' Orange & Lime Gin
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Lime or orange slice for garnish

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.Shake well until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with soda water.Garnish with a slice of lime or orange.

This is the second time I've bought this gin and I love the gin itself, but the reason I actually buy this particular gin is because it supports the work that Hospice Waikato does.
